Month-specific amounts Salary changes and extra gross payments

If no custom salary is selected, the base amount and pay rise apply. Selecting a custom salary overrides that month. Additional payments are available only in gross-to-net mode; contribution carry-forward above the social security ceiling is not supported.

Bulk employee calculation HR workspace

Enter employee code and amount separated by a semicolon on each line. Method, period, employee type, opening tax bases, relief and pay rise apply to all rows. Month-specific overrides are not used in bulk calculations.

Maximum 100 rows. Use employee codes instead of names or national ID numbers. Amount: 50000 or 50000.50; no thousands separators.

How does net-to-gross salary calculation work?

The calculator finds the gross salary needed after employee social security contributions, unemployment insurance, income tax and stamp tax. The minimum wage tax exemption is included when selected.

With a fixed net salary agreement, the required gross pay and employer cost may change as the cumulative tax base income tax base increases. For example, enter a monthly target of TRY 50,000 and select multiple months to compare the full period. Deductions after net pay are shown separately from the bank payment.

Calculation scope

This calculator uses Turkish private-sector payroll rules for 4/a employees and retired employees under SGDP, assuming 30 contribution days in every selected month. All amounts are Turkish lira (TRY). Select the relevant year and enter the opening income tax and exemption bases correctly.

Partial months, disability and private insurance deductions, R&D or free-zone exemptions, meal and travel exemptions, contribution carry-forward and the minimum wage subsidy are outside this calculation. Results support salary and budget planning.

What should I enter for an employee starting during the year?

Enter the income tax base and the minimum wage exemption base accumulated before the calculation period separately. A first job and a change of employer are different situations. The calculator does not decide whether a previous employer tax base should be carried forward.

Does selecting contribution relief establish eligibility?

No. General and manufacturing contribution relief are calculation scenarios. Employer eligibility must be assessed separately. These relief options do not apply to retired employees under SGDP.

Can I export the result?

Export a CSV file that opens in Excel, or use Print / PDF. The export includes the selected period, opening tax bases and the parameter version. Salary entries are calculated on your device and are not saved by this tool.
